Hot Trend for Summer - Bracelet Layering

The newest trend for summer is the layering of bracelets - bangels, beads, chains, don't be afraid to pile it on! Accessories can definitely spice up any outfit. Here are a few shots from the summer bebe catalog.

The Photography of Kim Taylor Reece

You don't have to be from Hawaii to appreciate the beautiful and classic photography of Kim Taylor Reece. Kim combines two of my loves: dance, and photography, and is very well known in the islands for his hula kahiko photos. His pieces have an artsy way of capturing this ancient Hawaiian dance with elegance and class.

Figure Skater Turned Dancer: Dancing With The Stars

Even though I absolutely LOVE all types of dance, somehow I had still never seen an episode of Dancing With The Stars. Last night I saw my first partial episode, and was excited to see my favorite figure skater Kristi Yamaguchi as one of the contestants. And what an awesome episode it was, as Kristi and her partner scored a perfect 30 for their up tempo jive routine. It really was impressive, and lots of fun to watch. You would think they both were actually professional dancers!

New Real World Hollywood House

Can you believe The Real World is about to debut its 20th season this week?!?! One of the most fun things about new seasons has got to be the mansions the cast members get to live in. I love the funky and fun (and sometimes outrageous) decor that they use. Here are a few pictures of the new drama house!

Project Runway 4 Faves

Okay, I know Project Runway ended months ago, but here are a few of my favorite outfits from the season. The pink lined coat done by Jillian and Victorya was especially impressive, and very high fashion. Also included is a picture of Jillian. Did anyone else notice that she wore awesome clothes on the show? A few of the pieces were her own designs. I love her style, it's very feminine flirty. All pictures courtesy of bravotv.com.

West Elm Style

I love the style of West Elm, their pieces always look so cool, clean, and contemporary.

The color combinations are right on par, and their room showcases provide a stylish balance of solids and prints.

Love these new vases - simple, yet sophisticated.
